Clubs at The Coop Our clubs are where creativity meets community. Each club has its own focus, personality, and pricing, so be sure to check the details for each one. Registration is requested so we know you’re coming and can save you a spot.  Here’s a peek at some of our offerings:

Handwork Club A cozy gathering for lovers of slow stitching and tactile creativity. From needle punch and cross stitch to chicken scratch, wool work, felt projects, and hand embroidery, this club celebrates all things handwork. Led by Sharna, each session may spotlight a specific technique for those who want to learn something new—while still leaving plenty of space for you to work on whatever you love.

Humanitarian Sewing Group Led by Jody, this club focuses on giving back through creativity. Projects support children’s hospitals, veterans, and other meaningful causes. Materials are provided—just bring your time and heart. Whether you’re cutting, sewing, tying, or even adding crochet edging, there’s a role for everyone. A light lunch is provided as a thank-you for your generosity.

Featherweight + Vintage Sewing Club For those who appreciate the charm and precision of vintage machines, this monthly club is a true delight. From Featherweight-specific projects to helpful tips, special finds, and machine care, this group keeps both your skills and your machines running beautifully. Because let’s be honest… those stitches really are what dreams are made of.
